Flickinger Learning Center is located at 413 Mulberry Avenue in downtown Muscatine. We provide after-school programming for children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Through our Muscatine Community School District partnership, we are able to provide satellite programming on-site at various elementary schools throughout the district.
Each school-based site will accept up to 20 children in a select few grades who have been identified as academically at-risk by MCSD through a specific testing matrix.
